In my opinion such cheap units as that one (I suppose it is cheap, am I right) should have maybe a liitle bit poorer equipment. Try leather armor and leather helmets - maybe even some textures from original Attila.
Actually, one thing that I personally don't like is the presense of the units with plate or mail but armor without helmets. It may be OK for Jackson's film, but if you can correct his mistake, it would be great
Moreover - too good helmets for a militia (thosу ones with the wings). Personally for a cheap militia unit would use spangenhelms from original Attila or other cheap types of helmets.
