There is lots of stuff from a trailer, to chairs and even foliage, including stuff like palm trees, plants, and cactuses to harvest. Not to mention a whole lot of new decorations to really give your settlement the Mojave feel!
Once again not much really to this one other then a bunch of new stuff to add to your settlements!
